I am a simple person. I always aim to make a difference but I never ever dream of grandstanding nor world domination. In a day, I work for eight hours, sleep for six, and try to make the most out of the remaining ten hours. My simple vices are reading, eating, watching TV and DVDs, traveling when budget permits, more reading, engaging in silly to serious conversations, and listening to music. I can live forever just by doing them. I am not a fan of extreme challenges and dangerous exploits.

Books are my greatest passion. I enjoy reading every genre though my moods certainly dictate what I read during certain moments. I DO NOT like hardbound books, not only because they are more expensive, but because they are heavy. Trade paperbacks are best for me.  I also don’t dig deckle-edge pages.  I have no particular favorite author as I read books on any genre.

I love riding trains and the feeling of being inside a plane when it takes off.

I will never get tired of eating chicken dishes, chocolates, french fries, and sweet beans.

I’m drawn to interesting people.  Lawyers, too.

I have a lot of acquaintances but maintain only a few trusted friends in my circle. I do not trust people easily but I believe in the natural goodness of people.

I love blabbing about my life, no matter how incoherent my thoughts are, but I’m still a true-blue introvert.

My celebrity guilty pleasure is Jennifer Aniston. Seriously.

I daydream a lot.

I talk to myself.

I name my things.

I am no stranger to blogging but I can’t claim to be a super blogger. My very first blog was with mo’time born around the last quarter of 2003. I made a new one in blogspot a few months after and I maintained it for almost three years. In between, I made a duplicate blog of sorts, so I can comment on other friends’ blogs. Thus the birth of my xanga site, and my multiply, which has been a favorite because of the many things I can do with it. Out of curiosity, I started a short one in Digital Divide. Then just this year, in an attempt to “simplify” my blogging existence, and of course, my renewed fascination with fan icons, I switched to livejournal. I remained there until I decided to make this one. I hope to stay here permanently. I really hope.
